You will have direct contact with our customers and meet them at site; therefore you will have an important role as ambassador for the CG Drive & Automation brand. In your role as Service engineer you will:
- Support our customers all over the world by finding solutions to their issues/problems
- Travel to customers and help them at site
- Support queries from your office
Common tasks are among others: Preventive maintenance, repair, trouble shooting, supporting when customers are facing downtime, general technical support, deployment and also conduct service trainings for our customers and partners. Since you will get a good view of the customer’s needs, you will, by identifying and propose mutually beneficial solutions, actively contribute to grow our business.
Qualifications and Personal attributes
You preferably have a background in within electricity and automation and a very broad technical understanding. It is very good if you have previous relevant experience from AC drives and motor control. As stated, travelling to customers is a natural part of the role, approximately 50 % of total work time. We presume that you can express yourself both spoken and written in Swedish as well as in English. Further, you have a good understanding of the Service Engineer’s role in regards to the overall company sales and how Service is connected to the business. It is advantageous if you have an understanding and experience from mechanics, marine applications and a basic certification within electricity. There is an option for you to work from your own home, however we rather see you working from our office in Helsingborg, but that’s not a requirement. Your personal characteristics include engagement, self-driven, high degree of flexibility and a good sense of humor.

CG Drives & Automation, ledande inom omriktarlösningar, är stolta över att lansera Emotrons Modulära Omriktare för Grön Energi, en banbrytande produktgrupp som förändrar möjligheterna inom energiomvandling för gott.
CG Drives & Automation lanserar en ny serie Emotron TSA mjukstartare från 5,5 till 1 000 kW. Den nya mjukstartarserien inkluderar de nya typstorlekarna TSA 5 och 6 för de högsta effektnivåerna (470–960 A).
CG Drives & Automation lanserar en ny serie frekvensomriktare under varumärket Emotron. Serien inbegriper många nya typstorlekar för frekvensomriktare med hög effekt där skåpsbredden nu är uppemot 30% reducerad.

Det nya styrkortet för Emotrons FDU och VFX frekvensomriktare är här! Tillsammans med det nya styrkortet uppgraderar nu även Emotron sin existerande styrplattform till revision 2.1 och namnger sina nya produkter FDU2.1 och VFX2.1.
Helsingborgsbaserade CG Drives & Automation Sweden AB får Claes Bjäreholt som ny VD. Claes har tidigare arbetat som VD för Smurfit Kappa Sverige & Finland, Rexam Beverage Cans (idag Ball) samt inom Nolatokoncernen.
På VA-mässan presenteras utökade panelmöjligheter till Emotron FlowDrive, den specialanpassade frekvensomriktaren för styrning av avloppspumpar.
Under Nordbygg 2018 i monter A41:48 presenterar Emotron ett nytt drivsystem för värmeväxlare - EMX-B med den unika patentsökta integrerade lastavkänningmetoden UltraRotoSense.
